For the past year I was intensely looking to buy a house.
During that time, I met a few interesting people, and I recently had a good talk with a good buyer’s agent. He was telling me that the psychology of buying and selling homes is quite emotional and that choices of both buyers and sellers are motivated by factors that have little to do with reality.
Of course, everyone is told that a real estate transaction is for many people a very emotional decision. But he went on to mention things that I had not considered before.

Here at Innobec Technologies, we had an employee defect to a client. While certainly not newsworthy in itself, what’s interesting is the realization that lending a hand to help someone out and offering goodwill can sometimes be rewarded with disloyal and insulting behavior. Oh well. Live and learn.
